However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with relevant photographs and order details.
After reviewing the issue, MemoraCraft may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, reprinting, repair, partial refund, or another suitable solution.
12. Damaged Products
If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs or video of the package and product and contact us promptly.
We may request:

Photos of the package
Photos of the damaged product
Unboxing video, where available
Other information required to investigate the issue
The resolution will depend on the nature and extent of the damage.
13. Shipping and Delivery
We provide delivery through available courier or logistics partners.
